Boys should wear a nice suit and dress tie. A boys white suit and dress tie, paired with white dress shoes is very traditional. Navy and black are also acceptable colors for communion in most cases. Often times a boys red dress ties is used with the darker colored boys suits. You should ask members of the congregation if they have any requirements for communion attire.
